Astrid Froidure is a senior advisory professional with over two decades of experience at the intersection of data governance, AI operations, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. She has worked with financial institutions, public sector organizations, and knowledge-intensive enterprises across Europe to design and operationalize governance frameworks that hold up under regulatory scrutiny and real-world operational pressure.
Her work spans AI governance operating models, EU AI Act readiness, DORA and NIS2 compliance, model validation, and fractional CISO and CAIO advisory. She founded Verydion to bring integrated, architecture-led thinking to organizations that need trusted AI and data operations — not just compliance checklists.
